Go Business Live
One site or fifty. Managed from one place.
Business Starlink on a company account, with one portal, one invoice and one support partner. Running several terminals? Share one data pool and set a quota per site.
Already on Starlink? Send your last 3 invoices. We show what pooling and a quota per site would have saved you, within 48 hours. Free. Send my invoices
Included for every client
Everything around the antenna, for one site or many.
Terminals registered on our business account for your organisation, not on an employee's personal account.
Monthly packages from 50 GB to 10 TB per terminal, priced for 120+ countries.
Usage per terminal, history, online status and alerts, for your IT or operations team.
All terminals on one invoice, from GC Global or from your local distributor.
New kits installed, or the Starlink kits you already own moved to our account.
One support partner for every terminal, day and night.
One site is enough to start. Terminals you add later join the same account and portal.
For example: a lodge, a bank branch, a government office, a mine camp.

All other packages (up to 10 TB), Global Priority for terminals that cross borders, hardware and the full quote builder: free account. Create a free account
Pools: at least 2 terminals, 5 TB in total, the same package on each terminal, one country, no pooling surcharge. Hardware, the SatCom licence and extra data (top-ups) appear with a free account.
Why a managed service
What you get that a retail account doesn't give you.
Your terminals run under Go Telecom's enterprise platform, not a consumer Starlink account in your name. Your organisation's identity is not exposed at Starlink retail level, except where the law requires it.
On request, pay up to 30 days after the end of each service month. Available as an option for approved clients, not a default.
Already have Starlink? We take over the management of any terminal, never activated, active or dormant, remotely.
Tariff plans built around your real usage, not limited to what a single satellite operator sells.
VPN, static public IP (Unity Edge) and private addressing, configured to how you operate.
MikroTik, Fortinet, Cisco: keep them. We manage the Starlink service layer; your LAN, firewall and VPN stay yours, and we don't inspect your traffic.
Local Priority terminals can move anywhere inside the country without notice: vehicles, mobile teams, temporary sites.
Unlimited terminals under one account, across countries; each follows local coverage and rules.
Amazon Leo (Go Always-On, planned) and future constellations will join the same account, with no new contract.
For fleets of terminals
Share one data pool. Set a quota per site.
Unused data at a quiet site covers a busy one. Every terminal keeps its own package; consumption is counted across the pool.
Pooling costs nothing extra. The SatCom router adds a one-time cost and a yearly platform licence.
Pool rules
- At least 2 terminals and 5 TB in total
- The same package on every terminal
- One country per pool; any Starlink terminal model
- No pooling surcharge
- Optional automatic 50 GB top-ups when the pool runs out; pool blocks cost double the single-terminal block
- Without top-ups, terminals stay online at about 1 Mbps until the next cycle
A quota per site needs a Globble SatCom router at that site. The High Performance Gen 2 kit ships without a router, so it needs a SatCom or an Orbit.
Equipment
What we can add at a site.

Quota per site, Wi-Fi 6, 4 Gigabit LAN ports, up to 48 devices, remote management.

The SatCom's 4G/5G sister unit: dual 4G/5G modems (nano-SIM or eSIM), up to 4 links aggregated, up to 1 Gbps (500 Mbps on cellular only) and GPS. For backup and bonding, not pool control.

Multi-SIM load balancing and centralised policy for sites with cellular coverage.

A static public IP, VPN to head office and secure remote access to corporate systems.

Standard for offices, camps and fixed sites. High Performance for industrial sites and harsh conditions.
Which dish? The data plan sets the potential; the dish sets the ceiling. For fixed critical sites we recommend Starlink Performance or High Performance, which also cope best with heat and heavy rain. The Mini is for mobility only.
Equipment and one-time costs are quoted per project and listed in your quote.
Logistics & support
From the warehouse to a working site.
- Stock, customs and delivery
Terminals held in stock in DR Congo and Rwanda, with customs and delivery handled. Elsewhere, hardware ships ex-works Europe.
- Activation and configuration
We activate each terminal, set up your plan or pool and configure the site equipment.
- Level 1 and 2 support, 24/7
A dedicated support channel, not only email, day and night.
- Remote diagnosis
We watch your terminals remotely and troubleshoot proactively.

In DR Congo, we can supply solar and battery power with the connectivity, on one contract, through our energy partner GoShop Energy.
